2+ years experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Must possess a valid Nurse Practitioner license in NJ, and a current Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)

Must possess a current DEA number
