We seek a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to be an integral part of our team, committed to a collaborative and clinically excellent approach.
We highly value the expertise of our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants as essential members of our treatment teams. As part of Transformations Care Network, our dynamic team of Advanced Practice Providers elevates the standard of care in the communities we serve.
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will work closely with in-house therapists who support patients on their mental health journeys. We prioritize the growth and development of our team members through education, supervision, and leadership opportunities. Our commitment to evidence-based treatments, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato, equips our clinical teams with innovative tools to ensure real transformation for patients.
Your Responsibilities:
•Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and manage ongoing psychopharmacological treatment.
•Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
•Collaborate effectively with mental health clinicians providing psychotherapy services.
•Administer interventional treatments, including TMS and Spravato.
Your Qualifications:
•Must be licensed and board certified in the relevant state.
•Experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health focus (required).
