We highly value the expertise of our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants as essential members of our treatment teams. As part of Transformations Care Network, our dynamic team of Advanced Practice Providers elevates the standard of care in the communities we serve.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will work closely with in-house therapists who support patients on their mental health journeys. We prioritize the growth and development of our team members through education, supervision, and leadership opportunities. Our commitment to evidence-based treatments, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato, equips our clinical teams with innovative tools to ensure real transformation for patients.

The compensation range for this role is $130,000 - $175,000, and will vary based on licensure, experience, market factors, and available incentive opportunities.
