•Licensed in the state of Washington by employment
•DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
•Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
•Minimum of 1-3 years clinical experience with direct patient care
•Board certification in area of licensure
•Well versed in EPIC EMR
