Great Pathways Psychiatry, PLLC is a rapidly growing outpatient mental health practice seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP-BC) for part-time to full-time positions. We are looking for compassionate, motivated providers who want to deliver high-quality psychiatric care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Position Overview
As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric services, including initial evaluations, medication management follow-ups, and urgent consultations. You will collaborate closely with therapists and other members of the care team to create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

We are looking for a versatile highly skilled Nurse Practitioner with clinical skills
Master degree from an accredited nursing program
Certified Nurse Practitioner license
Prescriptive authorization
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to work under pressure
Must be detail and solutions-oriented
Skilled with basic work computer applications
Main office in Plano, TX 75074: Reliably commute when required.
