Full-time or Part-time Clinical Nurse Practitioner is needed in the Opioid Treatment Program, operated by Suffolk County Department of Health Services, Division of Community Mental Hygiene.
Nurse Practitioner at the Opioid Treatment Program would provide Medication Management to patients, including assessment of patients seeking treatment of Methadone and assess the appropriateness for this level of treatment.

Starting Salary Range: $74,124-$123,192
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR OPIOID TREATMENT PROGRAMS: The program providers must have experience in addiction medicine or psychiatry, including using medications for substance use disorders, and have completed an accredited residency training program. Note: Board certification in their primary medical specialty and in addiction psychiatry or addiction medicine is preferred.
