POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Consult Liaison Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide telehealth psychiatric care for patients of all ages in Illinois. This role offers a flexible schedule and is ideal for a provider interested in providing consult liaison services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Perform psychiatric evaluations and manage medications for patients across the lifespan (children, adolescents, and adults).

•Provide consult liaison services to support staff and ensure timely psychiatric interventions.

•Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.

•Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in line with clinical and regulatory requirements.

•Apply a patient-centered approach to care, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs and preferences.

QUALIFICATIONS

•PMHNP

•Active, unrestricted NP license in the State of Illinois or the ability to obtain one.

•Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.

•Experience with telepsychiatry and managing diverse, multi-age patient populations is highly preferred.

•Must be able to work remotely; candidates can reside anywhere in the U.S. (Illinois licensure preferred).
