Iris Telehealth is seeking PMHNPs licensed in Minnesota to provide care to patients in a community mental health outpatient setting for 24 hours a week. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iris’s behavioral healthcare partners, expanding access to quality care. You'll be able to collaborate with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, and be supported by an experienced administrative team—so you can focus on what matters most: patient care.

About the Role:

•Setting: 100% Remote - Join a CCBHC in Minnesota

•Schedule: 24 hrs/wk in CST | Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday schedule

•Patient Population: Ages 5+, with diagnoses including Bipolar, schizophrenia, depression, OCD, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD

•Appointments: 60 minutes for initial visits, 20 minutes for follow-ups.

•Role Support: This role is based at an outpatient community mental health center in Minnesota. You’ll have full support from onsite staff to handle rooming, vitals, labs, giving you more time to focus on what you do best—patient care!

•Collaborative Environment: We are seeking a flexible provider who excels in teamwork and communication, working closely with a dedicated and supportive care team to meet patient needs effectively.

•No on-call duties!

Qualifications:

•An active PMHNP license in the state of Minnesota is required

•Minimum of 2 years prescribing experience post PMHNP Certificate issued preferred

•Availability for 24 hours per week, with the ability to work during CST hours

•Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 5+

•Experience with CMHC diagnoses and a willingness to treat patients across all acuity levels

•PMHNP ANCC Board Certification (We do not currently offer any opportunities for PMHCNS)

•Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
