Role Description
This position involves contributing to shaping the future of pediatric mental health care by leading the development and management of our PMHNP Residency Program.
•Develop and implement the complete residency program structure.
•Build and codify the residency curriculum focusing on pediatric mental health.
•Lead accreditation efforts in line with CAPP requirements.
•Mentor and train residents during their transition to professional practice.
•Design and implement evaluation systems to track resident progress.
•Manage performance issues and support residents in meeting clinical standards.
•Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams for program success.
Qualifications
•Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program.
•PMHNP-BC certification.
•Active PMHNP/APRN license in Virginia, Pennsylvania, NJ, or MD.
•At least 3 years of experience as a CRNP and 1 year in a leadership role.
•Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in pediatric psychiatry.
•Demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate a healthcare team.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment.
•Knowledge of regulatory requirements and residency program accreditation standards.
