Our mission is to provide top-quality patient care through comprehensive mental health and co-occurring addiction treatment services for adolescents and adults.Kirkland Campus: 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care.Everett Campus: 30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center s Pacific Campus.Monroe Campus: 34-bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe.Bellevue OutpatientFairfax Behavioral Health offers a complete continuum of acute inpatient, PHP, IOP, Patriot Support Program for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders, and Women s-focused programs. DetailsManageable and Sustainable Caseload: Average of 15 patients per day. Flexible Schedule: Generally, Monday-Friday, day shifts. Work-Life Balance: Once monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by phone only. Primary DutiesConduct medical assessments, initial H&Ps within 24 hours of admission, follow-ups, and patient discharges. Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and other support staff to develop and implement integrated treatment plans that address both mental health and medical issues. Co-manage patients with complex medical comorbidities during their length of stay, alongside Psychiatrists, other mental health providers, and support staff. Provide medical education to patients and their families regarding their medical conditions, medications, and lifestyle modifications that may impact overall health.Provide medical consults as needed in the General Adult units, Mission Resiliency Program (military, veterans, etc.), and Detox/SUD units.Please note: This position requires 3+ years of previous work experience as an NP or PA (clinical rotations and preceptor hours are not included).
