As an Intake Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) at our hospital, you will work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive psychiatric care to our patients. You will coordinate decision-making with the psychiatrist, perform clinical assessments, and develop treatment plans. Our team includes psychiatrists, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, mental health technicians, social workers, therapists, and educators. We are looking for someone who can establish empathy and a person-centered approach to patients, recognize their own limitations, and respond to difficult situations with skill and professionalism.
