About the Role
Med-Call Healthcare, Inc. is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) for an immediate start at a Federal Facility. This position offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and the potential for long-term placement based on performance and facility needs.
•Conduct comprehensive medical assessments for detainees, including physical exams, health screenings, and diagnostic evaluations in accordance with facility and ICE medical protocols.
•Manage acute and chronic medical conditions, prescribe medications, and provide appropriate follow-up care while ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant with federal standards.
•Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and mental health professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary care and ensure continuity of treatment for all detainees.
•Participate in infection control, medication administration, and health education efforts to promote safety and wellness within the facility.
•Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, facility security regulations, and all applicable federal, state, and contractual guidelines governing detention healthcare operations.
Requirements
All candidates must have the following:
•Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
•Cleared Level 2 background check
•Current CPR certification
•Documented negative TB test
Compensation & Benefits
•Pay Rate:
•Dayshift $65.00 per hour
Nightshift $70.00 per hour
•Access to onsite amenities including living quarters, showers, and cafeteria (optional – not required to stay onsite)
