PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Nurse Practitioner

Our ideal Nurse Practitioner candidate will provide and manage comprehensive primary care in the participant's place of residence and in the clinic, as appropriate, which may include but is not limited to routine checkup, wound care, procedures, and lab / sample collection (consistent with level of training and credentials).
PACE NP must work independently and must be responsible, self-confident, and have excellent judgment and decision-making skills focusing on elderly patients and programs. Nurse Practitioner must demonstrate respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment.
