Job Responsibilities: * Provide outpatient psychiatric care, including patient assessments, treatment planning, and medication management.
•Conduct therapy sessions and follow up on patient progress.
•Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records using the Cerner EMR system.
•Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans for patients.
•Communicate with patients and their families regarding treatment options and progress.
Qualifications: * Active Massachusetts state license required.
•Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible as a Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry.
•Previous experience in outpatient psychiatric care is preferred.
•Ability to work independently and provide care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Working Hours: * On-site clinical hours only.
•Coverage required from 3/16/2026 to 3/20/2026.
•Credentialing timeframe of 30-60 days.
