Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is hiring a Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner (full-time, remote from home) to join the Virtual Express Care – Behavioral Health team. This position is credentialed through NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln. Lincoln Medical Center is a designated Level I Trauma and Stroke Center and has Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties, including its award-winning Cancer and Breast Centers. Today, Lincoln stands as a leader in the transformation in healthcare in the Downtown Bronx community. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with Weill Medical College of Cornell University to maintain its high healthcare delivery standards.
Virtual Express Care – Behavioral Health is a virtual on‑demand behavioral health service embedded within a broader virtual urgent/express care model. Its core mission is to provide rapid, low‑barrier access to high‑quality psychiatric assessment and treatment, often for patients who would otherwise face long wait times or difficulty navigating traditional outpatient systems. Care is delivered via synchronous video visits, integrated with health system workflows, Epic EHR, and referral pathways for higher levels of care when needed.

Annual Base Salary: $141,500* based on 40-hour work week.
