About the position
CMH is recruiting for a licensed PMHNP to join the dynamic team of providers already in place providing exceptional patient care at Bolivar Family Care Center in Bolivar. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Missouri and eager to provide services in an outpatient setting to a variety of patients. BFCC is a Rural Health that provides family practice and counseling services. The clinic is open 5 days a week and sees patients of all ages with a variety of illnesses and behavioral health needs. This position is Full-Time Days, 8am - 4:00pm. No Weekends or Evenings!
