Overview
We are recruiting experienced PMHNP to join the team of Southcoast Behavioral Hospital in Dartmouth, MA. This 3 on and 4 off scheduled position is a FT overnight/weekend Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner role, providing after-hours coverage on-site at the facility.
Southcoast Behavioral Hospital is the premier provider of psychiatric services in Southeastern Massachusetts for safe and compassionate care for our patients and a supportive workplace for our staff. We are the largest provider of behavioral health services in the Cape Cod region. We provide 192 behavioral health beds and maintain a cesus of approximatelly 170 with a ALOS of +/- 10
Base Compensation is very competitive can include bonus, signing, relocation, and PTO, complete benefits
Master's in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner program required.
Clinical experience working with the patient population of the facility; ability to demonstrate knowledge of concepts of limit setting, therapeutic boundaries, crisis management, therapeutic treatment, environment and patient care required.
One or more years€™ experience as an RN with the patient population of the facility line of business required.
