Must live in and have both Kentucky AND Indiana state licenses with at least 1 year of PMHNP experience
15-18 patients a day with 3-4 new patients
Can treat patients 6 years old and up but typically see age 10+
Patients will come from all Baptist Health offices in Kentucky
