Valeo Resources has partnered with a non-profit hosptial organization. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join the team in Rancho Mirage, CA! You will be responsible for providing direct patient care and and lead care coordination as a Nurse Practitioner, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, cost-effective, and evidence-based treatment plans that enhance patient outcomes and experience.
Position: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Location: Rancho Mirage, CA
Schedule: M-F, day shifts (Full time - W2)
Pay: $73-111/hr

Responsibilities:
•Follows the Code of Conduct and reports any compliance concerns.
•Uses evidence-based practices to assess, diagnose, and manage patient care.
•Performs thorough health assessments, including history, exams, and tests.
•Applies clinical reasoning to develop accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.
•Monitors patient progress and adjusts care as needed to meet goals.
•Works within scope of practice and collaborates with physicians and specialists.
•Maintains accurate, timely documentation to support quality care.
