Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PMHNP to deliver high-quality outpatient mental health care to diverse patient populations. The ideal candidate is committed to evidence-based, patient-centered care and enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
•Perform psychiatric assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
•Manage medications and monitor treatment efficacy and safety.
•Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nursing staff, therapists, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care.
•Contribute to care planning and discharge recommendations.
•Document patient encounters and treatment plans in a timely and compliant manner.
•Adhere to all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards governing psychiatric practice.
Qualifications:
•Licensed and certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the state of Missouri.
•Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
•Experience in outpatient mental health strongly preferred.
•Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills.
•Comfortable using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
•Flexible availability for part-time or full-time scheduling.
