We are a growing, mentorship-driven outpatient psychiatric practice seeking a Washington-licensed PMHNP to join a collaborative, integrative, faith-informed team.

Our goal is to cultivate psychiatrically rigorous care that honors both scientific integrity and meaningful human connection.

This is a primarily virtual role with plans for future hybrid office space as the practice expands.

Compensation

1099 Independent Contractor

Competitive tiered collections model (approximately 68–70% blended rate depending on volume)

Paid twice monthly.

30-minute follow-up appointments.

Earnings estimates assume a typical Monday–Friday schedule and current average reimbursement rates. Actual income varies based on schedule and payer mix.
