Provide compassionate and high-quality mental health care to patients at Meritus Health.
Assess and diagnose patients with various psychiatric conditions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Administer and monitor medication for patients as needed.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
