CBSI is expanding its inpatient services and is seeking two full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our dedicated and growing team.

1. Adult Inpatient Unit

2. Child & Adolescent Inpatient Unit

As part of CBSI, you will work under the mentorship and guidance of board-certified psychiatrists, ensuring continuous learning and growth in your career.

Responsibilities:

•Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care tailored to your assigned patient population (adult or child & adolescent).

•Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

•Participate in inpatient rounds, medication management, and patient education.

•Contribute to a positive team environment that prioritizes excellent patient outcomes.

Key Details:

•Inpatient work only – no on-call responsibilities.

•Competitive annual salary starting at $200,000, with opportunities to increase earnings.

•Includes one weekend per month as part of the schedule.

•Option to work additional weekends and holidays to maximize compensation.

•Opportunities for close supervision, learning, and growth under board-certified psychiatrists.

Qualifications:

•Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner certification (PMHNP).

•Specific interest or experience in adult or child & adolescent psychiatry.

•Dedication to providing patient-centered care and fostering a positive care environment.

•Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
