We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with 3+ years of experience to join our team on a per-diem or part-time basis. This hybrid role combines in-person care at our modern Shelton facility with telehealth services, offering flexibility while maintaining strong continuity of care.
This position requires the clinician to actively see pediatric patients, in addition to adolescents and adults. Our ideal clinician is dedicated to evidence-based, patient-centered care and passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults on their path to wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults
•Develop and implement individualized, developmentally appropriate treatment plans
•Provide medication management and brief therapeutic interventions across the lifespan
•Educate and support patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment options
