Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Job Title: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Part time)

Location: Cottage Grove, OR 97424

Duration: 3+ Months with possible extension

Key Responsibilities:

Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to patients in an inpatient psychiatric setting

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, nurses, psychologists, and support staff

Participate in treatment planning and ongoing patient care management

Ensure compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and professional standards of care

Provide a minimum of one face-to-face visit per month with Pendleton Cottage residents

Utilize telemedicine services when approved, on a limited basis, for emergent need

Required Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Oregon Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license, or ability to obtain

Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
