We are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join an addiction treatment facility in Millbrae, CA. In this role, you will play a key role in providing medical care to individuals on their recovery journey. Additional incentives are available for those fluent in Chinese, Spanish, Tagalog, or Vietnamese.
Position Overview:Join a collaborative, patient-focused environment committed to effective addiction treatment. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team and provide critical care to patients in recovery.
Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000 per year + benefits
Schedule: Full-time
Patient Volume: 16-20 patients per day
Conduct medical assessments and develop personalized care plans based on patient history.
Monitor and manage withdrawal symptoms using CIWA and COWS protocols.
Prescribe and adjust medications, including MAT, under physician guidance.
Identify co-occurring conditions and provide appropriate interventions.
Maintain accurate electronic health records to ensure patient care continuity.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and counselors to improve patient outcomes.
Offer guidance and support to the healthcare team.
Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in California.
Board-certified NP (FNP, ANP, or PMHNP) with an MSN degree.
DEA license, NPI number, and Board of Pharmacy License.
