Dominican University’s Borra College of Health Sciences, Elizabeth T. MacNeil School of Nursing invites applications for a full-time Assistant Professor, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Track Lead to teach for our new Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) track beginning August 2025. This is a tenure-track position.
This PMHNP Track Lead will require professional knowledge, administrative and management skills, academic policy expertise, accreditation experience, and cultural sensitivity. The Track Lead will coordinate and supervise the implementation of the PMHNP track year-round through a 12-month full-time academic year appointment.
The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Faculty (PMHNP) track lead will oversee all aspects of the development and implementation of the doctoral program. The Track Lead will collaborate with the Executive Director of Nursing on the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program plan of study, course development, and curriculum pathway.
