•Schedule: 1 day a week within Monday to Friday, position can grow to full-time

•Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units

•Conduct documentation at home with provided Ipad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient

Key Responsibilities:

•Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments

•Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care

•Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with Mental Health disorders

•Prescribe and manage medications

•Ensure timely and accurate documentation

Requirements:

•Hold a valid full PMHNP license

•Active MD license

•Active DEA preferred but not required

•Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is an estimated range of $31,000 to $38,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. (1 weekday per week)
