Details/Requirements:

--Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday). Four-day workweek considered; Fridays required.

--Population: Primarily adults; must be comfortable treating patients 13+.

--Setting: Rural outpatient behavioral health clinic.

--Clinical Areas: Psychiatric care + Substance Use Disorder (SUD) experience strongly preferred.

--Support Model: Collaborate under a supervising psychiatrist.

--1-hour psychiatric evaluations

--15–20 minute medication checks

--EMR: Netsmart myEvolv

--Credentialing: 3–4 weeks

--Start Date: ASAP

--Remote Options: Limited telehealth; in-person care is preferred for optimal patient outcomes.

Candidate Requirements:

--Active New York Medicaid credentials

--PMHNP certification with adolescent experience

--Compassion-driven practice style aligned with rural community needs

--Compensation: $180,000–$200,000+ annually, salary is negotiable based on experience and scope
