Integrum Medical is a multi-specialty group providing integrated Primary Care and Mental Health services across the Phoenix metro area. We operate a collaborative care model serving adult and geriatric populations in clinic and facility-based settings.
We are expanding our behavioral health division and seeking a clinically strong PMHNP comfortable managing psychiatric care in mobile and facility environments.
Position Overview
This is a 1099 contractor position with per-visit compensation.
The ideal candidate is autonomous, efficient, and comfortable managing complex psychiatric cases in geriatric and medically fragile populations.
