Responsibilities
•Responds to and initiates care for clients requiring minor medical & mental health services.
Provides health assessment, treatment recommendations, and treatment planning for clients.
•Provides medication management for clients on medication with reassessment, as needed.
•Provide health coaching, counseling, education, and other care for clients as planned and support the treatment plan of the client.
•Participate in case reviews and contribute to treatment planning and goal setting.
•Communicate with health care providers outside of the organization with interpretation of results for patient care planning.
•Performs insurance authorizations for medication management for new clients.
•Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
•Licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse/PMHNP. Will consider ARNP’s who are in the process of obtaining Psych certification.
•Florida Nursing License.
•Must have a valid/current DEA Number.
•Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
•Must be computer literate and be proficient in Microsoft Office and have own laptop.
•Electronic Health Record management experience.
•Strong customer service skills.
•Candidates will pay for and pass a Level II background check.
•Candidates must have reliable transportation. The position entails travel to multiple offices.
•Candidates must have their own laptop.
