Easterseals MORC is seeking a dedicated prescriber to collaborate with psychiatrists in providing psychiatric assessment, evaluation, and medication management for clients across various behavioral health programs. Responsibilities
•Provide and collaborate with psychiatrist to complete psychiatric assessment and evaluation of clients served by diverse behavioral health programs
•Administer and conspire with psychiatrist relative to medication management for clients served by diverse behavioral health programs
•Review and monitor client medication plans
•Implement consultation to medical and behavioral health staff relative to client care, treatment planning, and program placement
•Participate with psychiatrist in the provision of crisis evaluation and medication review to avoid hospitalization
