Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, based in King of Prussia, PA, with the option for some remote work.

Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals facing mental health challenges.

The practitioner will develop and implement personalized treatment plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and provide medication management as needed.

Additional duties may include client education, therapeutic interventions, and documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong background in Mental Health Nursing and general Nursing practices

Proficiency in providing Psychiatric Care and Mental Health Care services

Licensed and certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a focus on mental health

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Experience with trauma-informed care and treating mood or thought disorders is highly beneficial

Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or related field is required

Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
