BRC is seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join their team, providing essential patient evaluation, treatment, and medication management. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of New Yorkers experiencing homelessness, contributing to their health and self-sufficiency. The successful candidate will report to the Medical Director and engage in case conferencing and staff training, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
•Patient evaluation and treatment
•Medication management
•Case conferencing and in-service training to the staff
•Provide input into the incident review committee and training committee as well as outside conferences
•Provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance when needed
•Related duties assigned
•Report to the Medical Director
