Responsibilities:
•Conduct psychiatric evaluations and routine follow-ups
•Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
•Collaborate with facility staff and family members
•Document care in accordance with regulatory standards
•Provide compassionate, trauma-informed care
Qualifications:
•Certified PMHNP (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner)
•Active, unrestricted state license
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Experience with geriatric or long-term care populations preferred, but not required
