Peace House is seeking a contracted Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (APRN, DNP, PMHNP-BC) to provide medication management, care coordination, and treatment planning for clients of Peace House. This role is responsible for providing ongoing psychiatric treatment in accordance with the scope of practice.
The APRN will collaborate closely with the Clinical Director, Clinical Team and other program leadership to ensure continuity of care, documentation compliance, and appropriate communication throughout their contract.

Service Provision
· Provide medication management in alignment with APRN scope of practice.
· In collaboration with the Clinical Director and Clinical Team, develop and maintain collaborative treatment plans for Peace House clients.
Administration & Service Delivery
· Attend monthly clinical staffing meetings.
· Provide weekly in-person drop-in hours for Peace House clients.
· Consult with the Clinical Director, Clinical Team and program leadership regarding clinical and non-clinical needs related to clients and service flow.
Pay: $150.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 10.0 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Park City, UT 84060
