Harmony Counseling Center is currently hiring experienced licensed social workers, licensed professional counselors, licensed psychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners to join our thriving group practice. Please review employment criteria and other information below:

Psychotherapist Positions

Therapists will provide assessments and psychotherapy for a variety of clients with private insurance. Make your own hours in a comfortable office setting with administrative support that manages credentialing, appointments, and billing. Full-time and part-time hours are available. Therapists receive a percentage of their collected client fees based on number of hours worked. Lesser credentialed therapists receive a flat fee per session. Must have your own malpractice insurance.

Employment for clinical practitioners with Maryland LCSW-C, LCPC, or PhD with at least three years of experience in providing psychotherapy / mental health services in outpatient or inpatient settings. LMSW and LGPC may also apply but must have at least one year of psychotherapy experience under the supervision of a LCSW-C or LCPC Board-certified supervisor. Lesser credentialed therapists will practice at HCC under the direct supervision of a Board-certified supervisor. Clinical supervision for lesser credentialed therapists will be provided onsite at no cost to the provider.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Positions

Harmony Counseling Center (HCC), a rapidly growing private practice in White Marsh area with a solid referral base, is looking for Maryland Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners who can deliver primary psychiatric care to a wide variety of privately insured patients. The PNP will be responsible for assessment and medication management of patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records, and administering follow-up appointments as required. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of experienced psychotherapists to assist in delivering premium psychiatric care to every patient. Make your own hours in a comfortable office setting with administrative support who manages credentialing, appointments, and billing. Must have your own malpractice insurance.

This position pays employee/provider a percentage of their collected client fees based on number of hours worked. Full-time and part-time hours are available.
