Make a Difference Every Day!
In this role, you will make a meaningful impact by providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions, many of whom face significant barriers to treatment. Through comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning, and the thoughtful use of medications for addiction treatment (MAT), you will help reduce overdose risk, support harm reduction, and promote long-term recovery. Working in partnership with interdisciplinary teams and EMS through the SPRINT program, you will help ensure rapid access to care, warm handoffs following emergency contact, and low-barrier pathways into treatment at critical moments. Your work will help people feel supported, empowered, and hopeful—making a difference every day.
