PMHNP provides diagnoses, treatment, and prevention of behavioral health disorders.
Implements a plan of care and manage treatment regimens.
Uses evidence-based best practice to formulate treatment plans and teachings.
Schedule follow-up evaluations to monitor efficacy of treatment and adjust as indicated.
Assess and update patient history, mental status, and diagnostic tests as needed.
Administer, prescribe, and dispense pharmacological agents.
The behavioral healthcare staff work with a team of case managers, therapists, and support staff to ensure the best possible outcome for our patients.
