•Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including mental health history, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
•Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy.
•Provide ongoing patient care, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
•Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
•Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
Qualifications:
•Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with a specialty in Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP)
•Active license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Florida
•DEA license
•Own Malpractice Insurance
•Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting
•Fluency in English and Spanish
•Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
•Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Experience working with diverse populations preferred
