We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team at Lotus Psychotherapy and The Refuge. We are a locally owned, CARF accredited, large outpatient clinic looking to expand services that best serve our clients.
PMHNP must have experience prescribing to adults presenting with a variety of mental health and substance use presentations.
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and prescribe, documentation within 72 hours.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses/communication.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and emotional support to patients.
- Collaborate with therapists to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
-Provide a minimum of 20 hours of medication management and/or participating in multidisciplinary treatment team.
-Collaborate with the clinic's interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to evidence-based practices.
-Independently manage schedule, prescriptions (submitted through EHR) and any prior autos as needed.
