A growing outpatient behavioral health practice in New Jersey is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide comprehensive psychiatric care in a supportive, multidisciplinary setting. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling (4+ days per week) with a mix of in-person and telehealth visits.Providers conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with therapists and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations• Provide medication management and follow-up care• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans• Collaborate with therapists and multidisciplinary team members• Maintain accurate EMR documentation• Participate in clinical meetings and care coordinationQualifications• Active New Jersey PMHNP license (PA a plus)• Board Certified PMHNP• 1–3 years psychiatric NP experience preferred• Strong medication management skills• Comfortable with outpatient and telehealth settingsSchedule & Compensation• $110,000–$150,000 annual salary• Flexible schedule (4+ days per week)• Outpatient with telehealth flexibility• Full benefits package included Hiring now!
