Queens NYC - Psych NP - ACT Team - All adults - $120,000 + Benefits
- Fantastic opportunity to join not-for-profit agency treating underserved
- Provide psych treatment as member of mobile, multi-disciplinary treatment team
- Travel in the community for persons with severe and persistent mental illness
- Geographic area covers Queens County: vehicle (or reimbursement) provided
- Working with patients 18+. Treat 4-5 patients on average / day
- Role is 35 hours per week. Monday - Friday schedule. New grads welcome
- Full support staff on ACT team. CMO and Associate CMO available for consults
- 13 holidays, 10 sick days, 4 days PTO, 2 weeks vacation (grows to 5 weeks)
- Salary $120,000K including full benefits (health, vision, malpractice, etc.)
EMR is Foothold
Vacation starts at 2 weeks, year 3 is 3 weeks, and increases 1 week per year with a max of 5 weeks. Individuals who don’t use our health insurance receive and additional week vacation
