The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for caring for children and adults with eating disorders via Equip's 100% virtual Telehealth platform. Family Nurse Practitioners are essential members of Equip's 5-person virtual treatment team, working alongside a therapist, dietitian, peer mentor, and family mentor to help people recover from eating disorders.

Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
