Addiction PMHNPs manage MAT programs (buprenorphine, naltrexone), conduct substance use assessments, monitor urine drug screens, coordinate with therapists and counselors, manage psychiatric comorbidities, and develop relapse prevention plans. Many also provide group therapy facilitation.

Is there loan repayment for addiction PMHNP positions?
