This position is accountable for the provision of patient care and other activities as permitted by licensure and defined within Credentialing and Privileging documentation (hospital), Credentialing and Scope of Practice (Medical Group), Consultation and Referral Plan (DOPL) or other similar documentation as appropriate. Opportunity for a Pediatric Psychiatry Advance Practice Provider to join our team of multidisciplinary healthcare professionals committed to providing quality pediatric behavioral healthcare. This APP will focus their practice in our adolescent partial hospitalization program, located on campus of our newly-built Primary Children’s Behavioral Health Center in Taylorsville, Utah.
1+ year APP experience in a pediatric behavioral health setting
The Pediatric Psychiatry APP will generally work 40 hours per week, with expectation for weekday day shifts in the PHP, with opportunity to cover our inpatient unit six weekends per year.
