Role Summary
As our Business Operations Manager, you will own and manage the core operational infrastructure that keeps Mood Health running day to day. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, systems-minded operator who thrives in healthcare environments and enjoys wearing multiple hats across finance, compliance, and internal operations.
You’ll partner closely with leadership, external vendors, and internal teams to ensure our financial processes are accurate, compliant, and efficient—while building scalable systems to support continued growth.
