Community Health PMHNP needed for a Direct Hire or Contract to Hire position in Southern NH
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm * 5-day schedule is strongly preferred but there is a possibility of 4 10-hour shifts per week.
Seeing Adults ages 18+ with mental health diagnosis - some with co-occurring SUD issues.
8-12 patients per day depending on schedules
Minimum 1 scheduled evaluation per day
Weekly supervision and feedback from the CMO
All sites are located within the same city in Southern NH
Minimum 1 year as a PMHNP
Must be a PMHNP - FNP will not meet facility requirements
Valid NH RN, APRN License, and DEA
