Provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients with psychiatric needs.

Serve as a vital member of the healthcare team, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.

Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to determine the appropriate course of treatment for patients.

Prescribe and monitor medication regimens to address psychiatric symptoms and improve overall well-being.

Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and medication management.

Monitor and document patients' progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient care and treatment plans.

Collaborate with community resources and referral services to provide comprehensive care for patients.

Stay current with the latest developments and advancements in psychiatric care and incorporate them into practice.

Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.

Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient advocacy and maintain a patient-centered approach to care.

Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients, colleagues, and staff.

Continuously assess and improve the quality of care provided to patients and identify areas for improvement.
