Lawton, OK - Psych NP - O/P + TMS - to $150K + 5 weeks PTO

- Team operates outpatient clinics in cooperation with US Military
- Work Mon - Fri, no weekends and no call. Highest quality of care
- Adult patient base (18+). Treat active duty, veterans, and community
- Position includes general outpatient psych as well as TMS services
- Health, vision, dental + malpractice insurance. Sign on + relocation
- Time off includes 16 days vacation + 6 floating days + $1,600 CME
- Salary: $120K - $150K + benefits. Anticipated start date Q1 2022
