Position Overview

A high-acuity inpatient facility in Everett, WA is seeking a full-time Locum Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for extended coverage beginning April 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced inpatient provider looking for a consistent block schedule with minimal call burden.

Assignment Details

•Target Start Date: April 1, 2026 (dependent on credentialing)

•Coverage Needed: April – September 2026 (potential to extend)

•Schedule: 7 on / 7 off rotation (Monday–Sunday)

•Shift Length: 10-hour days

•Patient Volume: 12 patients per day, plus new admissions and discharges as needed

•EMR: EPIC

Call Responsibilities

•Low call burden

•Phone consults only, approximately one week per month

•No in-person call required (previous providers handled occasional phone questions only)

Requirements

•Active Washington license or IMLC eligibility

•Strong inpatient experience required

•Ability to manage high-acuity patient population

Compensation & Benefits

•$110–$115 per hour (high-acuity rate)

•Overtime applies after 10 hours per day

•Weekly pay

•Malpractice coverage included

•Full travel coverage provided
